Not if Obamma has his way...he sees those documents as "Constitution Reflects Fundamental Flaw of This Country that Continues to This Day"

And Congress, the Supreme Court, and the States might have something to say about that. See how well that works? Anyway, please describe the 'fundamental flaw'.

So, Driffy, why was this moved out Regoinal forums, to here, where it just becomes another "Americans bash Canada" thread?

    It's not bashing... it's envy.

This law is stupid. WTF? really does this mean kids can't ride bikes on streets? Seriously I don't get it, haveing your child on your bike will only make someone take one more saftey step in the way the ride. Poor kids man they keep getting screwed. No wonder they are so "curious" about everything they are not allowed to have..

I can't wait until my friends' kids can reach the pegs, I'm going to corrupt them all. :evil

Problem is, if this passes in ON, they'll try to pull the same shit in SK. And since a guy killed himself with his 14 year old daughter on the back last summer (she lived) it will probably gain some traction. :baldy

I could give a fuck what the yankees and brits write in this thread. The thread should be in the regional forum where it will get the attention it deserves. Philspace or Gadget Boy did Ontario riders a disservice by moving it.

Technically this is an Americans bash Ontario thread. We've got plenty of silly laws in "Canada proper" but not this one! :lol3

In my experience on this site, anything presented with a certain level of vulgarity and vitriol gets punted to the basement, whether it is political or not.

I'm fine with that, I expect the discussions in regionals to be a bit more civil than 'Fucking Ontario nanny state'. I often have to turn my vulgarity filter back on when I go upstairs. :nod

I've seen many a post in regionals that wouldn't fly in JM. I appreciate the level of vulgarity issue but a thread title would have been more appropriate than simply punting it without a word.

There's silly laws everywhere, but it seems like Ontario and BC get the most.

As I mentioned before, the worst part for us in northern Ontario, is that the laws are made by clueless morons in southern Ontario.

Most have no idea, and have never been here.

As a "for instance", we would like to send all the excess bears to downtown Toronto, now that they have cancelled the spring bear hunt.

Yes I understand how it works, and where do supreme court judges come from (you know what I mean)...and how long are they there?

As far as the "fundamental flaw" google it, there are clips on what Hussain thinks.

As to the new law to our friends in the great white north, that sucks, but I see it as no different then making your kid ride in the back seat, having to be in booster seats in cars and such....and dare I say it helmet laws. There is this thing called personal responsibility that seems to be lost....I wonder where it went.
