I'm a little late to this thread but I guess I'd like to add a couple of links to a summary of our Baja trip I was on with the wacky wabbits from mudville. First is a short summary of pictures that I posted on our Adv Trip Report. However for a really complete report, I made my own website with a full ride report, pics, interactive map with location photos and gpx tracks: Link to Baja 2012 Trip Web Site At that location be sure to look over the SpotWalla generated map where I put pictures at various locations where we were at. It is a pretty cool feature of Spotwalla and lets you see what the riding conditions are like at various map locations. I leave you with one of my favorite pics (from El Coyote). With one glimpse at this picture I can just close my eyes and remember arriving that day and quickly I am reliving the joy of riding to a sweet destination such as this... I can smell the sand and saltwater, hear the pelicans fishing, and taste the fish tacos! All with the comfort of knowing I have plenty of drinking water, cafes nearby, and my trusty steed parked by my tent, ready for the next day's adventure. Ahhhh Baja! p.s. The Baja 1000 is in progress as I type this! The trucks are at RM250 near Gonzaga Bay and headed for Coco's soon! Not sure where the bikes are at..... Viva La Baja!!!
