i was heading toward Forrest Hill on Forrest Hill road
looking for some trails today. (Aug 2) and right at the
intersection of Forrest Hill Road and Melody Lane
    is a real cool trail.
This is of course California (sorry)

Instead of turning left on Melody Lane
    turn right off the road.
There is this deer trail that goes right into Manzanita.

It is a narrow slow technical trail
and I only rode it for like an hour. I was
out there all by myself which was probably a bad idea.

It got pretty steep going down hill and I was
un-sure of being able to get back out but I was pleasantly
surprised of the ability of the R80 GS and the Enduro 4
    tires. They weren't that bad.

    Alot of fun

Ya know, jughead, you really had me going there until you said R80. That's like the CR250 of beemers.

    Yah

Maybe we should do a time trial
    there between a oil head
    and my bike.
