I thought about this thread last week, but forgot all about it while out riding yesterday!
Manitowoc, crashsite of Korabl-Sputnik 1
Heres an easy one to kick off the season.
It's a real drag if you go around back.
And the new, I'm no so keen on easy . Plus, considering the forum we are on, gravel roads should be focused on a bit more in my opinion, especially since the tag-o-rama region we are working with is greatly lacking in such! This is in Calumet county...I'll try to come up with some other clues...
I'm gonna head up that a ways Saturday morning, but gonna need a clue. I looked at da Google figuring it was Collins, Killsnake or Brillion Wildlife but can't find a matching road anywhere.
It is NOT by any public land . North west of Chilton. Looks like its near the start of Stony Brook.
I think I know where that is, maybe, went past it last year sometime but didn't ride down it. Too bad I have the bike apart and can't ride for, I dunno, maybe another 2 weeks.
Pretty sure I found it, but can't get up that way till the weekend.
New. Didn't move it very far.
"lovers lane" between Stockbridge and Chilton by the Kloten swamp. About 2 miles from my house.
Forgot to post this the other day when I grabbed it...
Gotta get back into this. Drove past the chief Oshkosh today twice in the Z3. Oil line from the turbo needs replacing then in....
I found this once on a DNR pdf. But now I can’t find it. I’m sitting here staring at the bike and the fantastic weather...
Id go get it, but recovering from ACL reconstruction yet, so heres a hint: 1/4 mile west of the village of New Prospect
