I log on and go to one or another threads and am requested to log in again. Sometimes this will happen again as soon as I open a thread. or I can skip around and it will allow 5-10 reading of posts or moving to another thread but I'll get another log-in request after 2-5 of those actions. I'd say about 30% of my actions result in a log in request.

This on a Mac Pro book using Safari. I already gave up using Firefox n ADV because it will freeze after 2-10 minutes, but works fine everywhere else.

Either browser requires logging in twice when I first log in.

I also can't view about 50% of photos posted using Safari.

Should I select remain logged in? Not too interested in doing that, but....

Also had to log in again just to post this.

I've been wondering if there is some FF/ADV incompatibility, lately.

Pics, or lack thereof, was the biggest issue for me.

In another thread @Rudy mentioned the use of a CDN which, afaik, seems to have been beneficial.

I don’t know what’s causing that, but maybe you should try the “stay logged in option” and then just log out when you’re done browsing. Just tap/click your username at the top of the page and click/tap logout down at the bottom of the list.

hmm okay. When you log-in do you have the "stay logged in" in selected? Are you blocking cookies or anything like that. not sure if it matters. Will ping @SpecialKev

No, not selecting stay logged in. Not blocking cookies. I just logged on this morning a minute or two ago and have had to re-log on 4 times, and I suspect will have when I submit this. Yes, I did....

edit: on Safari, but when I use Firefox it freezes after 1 to 5 minutes - all on a Mac Book pro.

Pics do seem to be loading completely for me now.

    Is that the CDN??

At some point during the summer, though, the entire site became laggy/glitchy; I presumed it to be a FireFox issue although I did not notice any other sites doing the same.

As for cookies and cache, I've cleared them several times per day for years simply out of habit.
