The little trash panda was out this morning with me having a cup of coffee. Funny how he looks up when I walk out. Sees it’s me then goes about his business.

Doctor says I am good except for the physical therapy. I started that yesterday so I have some limbering to do for sure. Doc says stay off the bike till summer but I think the wife slipped him 50 bucks to say that. It was a bummer to miss the polar bear. I am itchin to get out to camp-n-ride! The back is still weak and tender but I expect it to get better quick with some stretching and strengthening.
Right on! When you’re up to it we can do some easy stuff over this way

As those who landed on Normandy on this day 75 years ago are fewer and fewer I just wanted to say thank you to all that are left, and all that have passed. No one can imagine who wasn’t there.
