OK, so this thing keeps visiting me late at night like some evil succubus and is trying to convince me it needs to be in my life. Always loved Urals but the road/highway limitations get to me. Not going to spend close to $20K on a newer one to overcome that, so this rig is working me hard. My current lifestyle also means I'm never going to cross the states on a sidecar outfit, but the options for multiday trips with some highway miles to get to better areas is very alluring and I think this bike would do that.....and do some of the trails around me. I need one of 3 things to happen:

1- Someone VIA PM tell me I should not buy it for reasons that are not apparent to me. As I said, experience is with Urals and beyond that I am green. Would never want to take away from someone's posting, so please don't publicly say anything negative.

2- Someone offer an easy solution to get the thing from Augusta, KS to SE PA (approx 1200 miles). Work commitments and weather concerns don't allow for a fly and ride before mid-April/early May. Contacted 2 shippers....one doesn't seem to want to ship it, the other quoted $1/mi. $1200 to get it here seems prohibitive. I'd probably go about 1/2 that.

3- Someone buy it.

(If the same person does 1 and 3 I'll be pissed but at least I can move on).

Chat up the Seller and see what he has to say. I've had a Seller hold onto a Bike for months till I had a Home for it.

I'd be prepared to do a Steering mod at some point, but, Strom's and Sputniks are a proven setup.

(And that color sure is sharp)
