2008 FLHTC with 2009 TLE Sidecar - $18000 (Oviedo)
Harley Davidson Road King Classic with Sidecar - $18900 (North Florida)
I was just poking around CL and saved both of these to post here . Trail reduced steering for both. Disturbed what the Ultra seller is gonna do with his phone if you text him . But it does have reverse .
UPDATED: 1983 BMW R80RT with California sidecar - $10,000 (Santa Barbara)
And you'll be able to plug in your ipod as well!
I started texting the guy with the Ultra as soon as I read his add, gonna keep it up all day! He’s gonna have a sore ass with all the whipping he’s going to have to do!
Seriously how could you deal with a person with that attitude when trying to purchase something?
Yeah what the fuck. What if I was hearing impaired? I've stood ten feet from a hearing impaired dude texting to one another to negotiate a bike. Technology ain't just for making old guys uncomfortable, it's actually useful too!
I am deaf. Guess I can’t buy that one
Given the shortage of TP, it looks like we will all be doing him a favor with one text per day. Preferably around 8 am right after that second cup of coffee.
talked to the shop this morning, elder senior rider selling all his bike. THis one would be on the market fo 9-10k, a little high but looks clean
"'91 Honda GL1500 Sidecar - $20,000 - offers considered (Grass Valley, CA)"
Looks like one of the ones that Doug Bingham built for the movie industry.
2001 R1150GS / CSM Sidecar down to $10,500
surprised there hasn't been more interest
Apparently he only want 1500 for the bike.
I think he chose that as a starting point for the negotiation, it needs some love but is a pretty decent start. Stroker got around 3k $ for wheels I get about 550 for the steering mod I think sidecar and subframe costs average about 8-9k $.
Ones damned if you do or don't fix your sidecar up the way you want it and sell it when your done for what you can get.
Everyone's taste is different, I'd like the little chair but I would have to haul it out to Claude and get it narrowed and rebuilt a bit lighter.
Wide and heavy is stable and easy, narrower and lighter is more fun when your on to it.
Plenty of power in that tug, add the 12oo injectors you will add a few more ponies. If I didn't have 2 in the works and one running, I would consider this one again. I might even trade and
fix it up.
