Prayers for your Dad and Family for a speedy recovery. cms
Hope your Dad has a full and speedy recovery Win.
Prayers and good vibes from ne Ohio.
It's been a while so time for an update.
It's been a roller coaster with my Dad's health but things are finally looking up. My health on the other hand.......well I caught a nasty bug a little over a week ago. I have stayed away from my parents so I wouldn't pass the bug on.
The last two days were beautiful, sunny and 60s, maybe even 70 yesterday. I got out on all three bikes. While riding yesterday I saw a young guy on a sportbike just wearing a T-shirt. Too chilly for me to do that but it was that warm.
My first two rides were to the grocery store but my last one was just for fun and I took my camera.
After a sunny day clouds were moving in, paving the way for three days of rain Still, it felt like spring for two days which is not bad for February.
The Like ran fine but I'm going to try to take it to the dealer on Friday and see if they can find the intermittent stalling issue.
Good to hear your dad is doing better!
Great news about your Dad! Good to hear you beat the bug and got to enjoy some fine February riding.
Like others have said, great news about your pops! And! We are all glad to hear you are on the mend and out riding again.
Good to hear your dad is doing better.
Good news! Let him know that he has an entire forum worth of people wishing him well. Looking forward to some warmer weather.
Thanks for all the replies and good wishes.
Dad is back in the hospital. I haven't seen him a while because I just don't seem to be able to shake my cold completely. Maybe it's just allergies but I don't know for sure.
Last year at this point I had ridden nearly every day of the year. I think I missed 2 or 3 days of riding in the first two months. This year I have hardly ridden at all. On Saturday I felt OK and the weather was fantastic so I got out for around 50 miles. I stopped at Freedom Powersports and Cycle Gear but didn't see anything I needed.
Some pics I took during the ride.
I didn't take my Like to Max Motorsports last week because the tech wasn't in. I'll try to get down this week. The last three times I rode it, it ran perfectly.
Sorry to hear about your dad's rollercoaster ride Win.
Never easy for anyone involved.
Keep the faith brother,
All the best!
^^^ Couldn't have said it better... ^^^
What Sam said. All the best Win. Hope your Dad gets better soon.
After a bunch of rain we've had a couple of beautiful days. I rode the Like down to the park on the Tennessee River near my house. I took a pic of the "parking lot".
Solano cycles in Gainesville is a good kymko dealer and s regional parts distributor.
Glad to see your riding more and further, you must be feeling a little better to do that. Sorry to hear your Dads back at the Hospital, thoughts and prayers for both of you and family.
