That looks like a dream riding stop - and clear blue skies.
It has become one of my favorite lunch stops. Great food and surrounded by fun roads. Having perfect riding weather was a bonus.
I enjoyed the ride. I'm getting to know my xt225 better with each ride (my first motorcycle) and the more I ride it the more I like it. Weather was beautiful. The bugs were also out--my helmet got nailed by some juicy ones before I even made it to the Shell station to start. I picked up a passenger at some point (top vent); he was still twitching when I took this picture at home.

Rich, you have no idea what you just missed. The curves we rode in Maggie Valley and Little Switzerland don't compare with the insane curvage we rode today.
We returned to the motel around 2:30 to take a nap and recover from curve overload!
You're not making it any easier!! I'm so Missing this. Glad you're finding some new places to ride!!
