Beemer Bunny, here in the States, it's not uncommon to see a basketball hoop hanging on the wall. I like your alteration of that theme, a squashed /6 wheel!

How was the prep for the floor and how is it holding up? Which product did you go with? I have read all kinds of mixed reviews on the H&C Floor Coatings...Looks great!

Off with the TT luggage, on with the Jesses. All due to losing a lid and not being able to find a replacement. I’ll try these Jesses and see how I like ‘em.

Your garage isn't too small, your tool box is too big! :)

Just back from running over redwood mountai 101 to Crescent City. My earth floor garage. Few bikes beginning to show up these days here in Jefferson state. Ride sagely.. advice from a 70 year old ADV rider.

That XT is about as nice as they get. This is a 1979 with 4200 original miles. I replaced the stock carb with a TM36 Flat Slide Mikuni racing carb, added the rear luggage rack, new seat foam and lather, new tires, brakes, chain, sprockets, rear shocks, and rebuild the front forks. I finished with her cosmetic restoration (powder coated the exhaust, chain guard, skid plate, and turn signal brackets, painted the gas tank and rear fender, new decals, and new handle bar grips) about three years ago.
