Garmin 176c vs 276c

    I was thinking of buying a used 176, is the 276 alot better. I don't know much about the different GPS's .

    I think the 176 is a monochrome version of the colour screen 276? I've just bought a used Navigator II after a bit of research. Was interested in the 276 but didn't like the 256mb limit of the (expensive) Garmin memory cards that it uses, although the portability of the 276 (& I assume the 176 also?) could be useful at times.

    The BMW Nav.II is a rebadged Garmin 2610 with some additional buttons on the mounting cradle & takes regular CF cards - I'll be fitting a 2gb soon.
