Have been using a Nuvi 1450 & transferring routes from Mapsource with good success . What other units in this price range do as well with saved routes from Mapsource etc.? 5in screen or larger.

will follow this thread with interest. One of my two ageing Zumo 550s died and the other is simply too small these days for my equally ageing eyesight. The Zumo died in New York City and I picked up a 7 inch truck GPS at a swap meet for $120 - a weirdly named DEZL also from Garmin. The size of the screen is amazingly visible and looks amazingly inappropriate on a bike... And since I stick it to the gas tank with a suction cup one of these days it will simply fall off. I wish they'd bring out a 7 inch weatherproof bike GPS for us auld guys...

Been using a Garmin Nuvi for some time now. Free upgrades for life, oh yeah... works like a charm on Das Beast (R100RS beater)
