Made in Spain in 1998. It's time for a refresh on this machine. The engine is still going strong with great compression, friendly low-end grunt, sweet shifting and clutch. But driveline, wheels and suspension are pretty beat. Some cosmetic stuff would be in order too. This bike has proven itself a worthy trail bike and backcountry explorer. It deserves TLC and upgrades.

Any expertise on these bikes or suggested parts sources would be much appreciated.

    Peace

hello, just stumbled on this post. I just purchased the same exact bike. There are barely any of them around online they seem pretty rare. How do you like the bike? You got it road legal? My name is adrien, Text me @ 503 381 1379

I love my 2005 280 Pampera. Not the same bike as your's and the OP's, but, close.

I think the above links are still the best bet you are going to find for spare parts and
    resources.

If I had to bet, I say there were fewer than 25 of the 320 Pamperas ever imported into the
USA. Jim, above, would know more than anyone.
I think it was Jim that said there was around 200 Pamperas, 250 and 280 ever imported
    into the US.

The attached Pic is the 05 on the left and my Ex-GF's 02 on the right.
    Good luck.

LOL Pete. Good to see you around. The bike on the right is mine now. BTW, The front tire was on backwards.
Wonder if your old 320 is the same one as the OP's.
you also had a Beta ALP too didn't you?
    Cheers, Jeff

The 2-stroke ALP. I had forgot about the 4-stroker.
Guess we maybe not hijack this thread anymore than we have.
Cheers and good hunting (riding) to the OP.
