That exhaust is really cool. Good work.
exhaust looks sweet, whole bike does.
is the muffler backward? if not, why the spring loops on the exit?
Backward for the mock-up due to angles needed, I may do it this way or not...

Got a flash-back to my scool days working the files...
Made flats on a piece of 20mm 304 that's going to sit in a hole in the rear fork and go into the slot in the caliper bracket.
A mill would'a been handy...
Made a crud catching device to snap in between the frame tubes.
The high fender make for a dirty engine and hard to unscrew exhaust nuts...
Finaly received my rear caliper bracket, can't complain about the time though, cost me nothing.

Finished the project bike at work,
now got to hurry up geting the Sportster ready before spring.
Don't knock the filing, as far as I'm concerned if you can't file straight you can't build a bike. I could out file any apprentice we got at the moment...but then again we are a county with no skills or a manufacturing industry who depend on this ethereal thing called 'IP' to survive. The UK is doomed

Took it home today, shake down run...
Feels good, goes straight when lett go of the bar.
Sound of the exhaust almost eerie, no high pitch tones at all, only bass.
Poured my self one of this...
