That was a fantastic distraction, thanks!
Exactly what I told Jeanna. We went through 4 or 5 “whites” before I selected that one. I’m glad she’s local!
I like big bunds and I can not lie.
I think @Chad M was referring to the clunky not cough, cough, the driver of said rocket...
Nice slightly off-topic banter though...
For a moment there, I thought this was the Herky-Jerky GIF / Hula-Hoop thread...
I traded messages with Jeanna tonight as we kicked around a new project. We closed as follows:
She and her husband are really good peeps. If you ever need a watch strap, take a look at Stone Creek.
Haha! No, K7 got it. I was intimating that a Yuppie was likely behind the purchase of that Porsche. Sorry for being lazy when I responded.
Is that your Type XX?
Wow. Just checked out her site. They do some great work.
Heck no. Only steers and...wait, never mind. Lol That’s from the same guy I posted about the other day!
Ha! No worries. I’m about the most immature 60+ year old you’ll ever meet. I often tell my wife that I don’t want to grow up. “No worries, you won’t.” She gets me and I’m so blessed.
And the winner of the lume war...
I'm soo bored I watched all of that.
Can you summarize for those of us at work?
Yes, the cheapest watch in the test, Citizen Promaster wins, beating out Rolex and a host of other diver watches.
I know this is a watch thread and we love to have fun but if anyone needs to talk through their own situation, don't hesitate to reach out. Happy to call you and offer some OMA, old man advice. Remember, it may be worth exactly what you pay for but, I'll at least listen to you. Hope everyone continues to remain safe!
Lume shot, Type XX. Five second exposure, with the chronograph running.
