at wallmart .com that have the pn-40 kit for 328.00
best price I have seen.
Cheap 2720 refurb. Is it hard to find UK or EU maps? Is the 2820 worth the extra money?
Bought a Zuma 550 on line from Amazon yesterday for $639 + free shipping.
A little more than some places, but I had never heard of those other places and I know I will be treated right by Amazon.
What does this mean? No SD cards, but "indefinite" storage? Good price.
Storage: Internal flash memory
Data storage: Indefinite; no memory battery required
I just bought a refurbed 2720 on ebay for $110.95
my uncle is a gps noob and wanted one for his Concours 14.
If I like it I might order up another and keep it mounted on the Strom all the time and use my 276C on the other two bikes.
Seems like a hell of a lot of gps for the money.
I'm right there with you. Bought the 2720 refurb off ebay for 109 something. from Emcasey or whatever.
Good stuff....it'll sit in a box for 4 months. I agree. Seems like a helluva buy for 100 bucks.
Now I need to learn how to load off-road routes onto it. Easy?
This 2720 refurb deal is sounding more and more appealing.
Also interested in adding routes and my other two questions above on storage limitations.
Can you load topo maps on it?
I dunno, but I am willing to learn.
Here's the link to the folks I bought from:
That's where I got mine, supposed to show up Friday.
Both my father and I bought 2720 refurbs. I got mine off Amazon as the ebay prices were the same. One heck of a deal for $110!!!
Got my 2720 today, actually this one is for my uncle, gonna help him mount it on his Concours 14.
it says it is a remanufactured but it looks like a brand new unit.
I pulled it out of the box and played with it and it works pretty well, so....... I ordered another one for myself this evening, can't beat the price.
Garmin 76Cx for $188.28 and free shipping.
This is the cheapest I've ever seen these.
Very cool. I've got another 3 months before I can open the box...good thing you posted, I'd forgotten to leave feedback.
Found one for $514, no tax and free shipping online at Navigenious.com. i have no experience with them as a merchant, so I guess I will find out soon.
A quick google search came up with this:
"If it's too good to be true..."
I got my 2720 here http://www.gpsonsale.com/garmin/products/streetpilot2720.htm?gclid=CJq3ndq5h5YCFQQrFQodk21bEg
They were $135.00 when I bought mine, now down to $110.00 Comes with the car kit.
Just found some bad reports about this company:
Nuvi 780 for $260 from Amazon.com
As far as I can tell it allows for routes as well. Tempted to buy one.
Well, I screwed up - entered debit card. Said it did not process. Tried it 5 times. Guess what- it went thru the bank - I'm out 5 charges. They said they
didn't collect money but it shows on my online banking. Hopefully it will resolve but I'm skeptical. They have no phone - only email.
Lesson learned - don't use debit card.
