Thanks bro! I'll try those things and see how it does. Honestly, I never even thought about the spark plugs and driller out the silencer.

Same 50t on my 250R was better for logs and climbs. Stock gears were off with the wr tranny. Way too low, and I like em low.

Yeah, I swapped to TwinAir and also got a KTM/Husky air filter frame that doesnt have the mesh backfire screen and NGK CR8EIX (iridium) then just drilled the holes a little larger in the DB killer . Bike felt a lot less restricted after that

*you can trim the mesh out of your stock one but I was concerned I would miss a few strands of mesh and suck them into the engine. The airfilter frame from KTM was only like $10-12

I dropped in an NGK CR8EIX spark plug, trimmed about 2.5" off the DB silencer and kept a Fisch spark arrestor, dropped in a smaller front sprocket, and I trimmed the wire mesh out of the air filter frame. Also, I ran some Seafoam through it to clean the injector. Oh yeah, it'll pull the front wheel off the ground now!

    Thanks for the advice.

IMG_20210718_193910.jpg Has anyone had this happen yet?

I tried to remove my front wheel to do some maintenance. The end cap for the axle stripped out. The axle will spin, but will not come out. Any advice on how to get it out?

Is there a huge power difference between the 250e and the 300r?

My guess is 5hp at min.

The new twin cam 300 is supposed to have another ~5hp over the current single cam 300.
