Nice. Did you buy it new or used. And curious where you bought it and how much you paid. I'm considering selling my 2021 TSE250.
Guy bought it new from a buddy/dealer and decided to move to trials instead. Never been started, no fluids in it. Brandy new!
I was ready to pull the trigger but USA motor toys is out until April shipment. Then this showed up on Craigslist fairly local to me. I couldn’t resist.
I’ve read your posts about yours. Should really get the jetting sorted. I’ve only heard great things about them.
What did you pay for it off Craigslist? If you don't mind saying. Very curious what they are going for used.
$4800 but this is not representative of used. It’s literally brand new by all definitions. MSO, no fluids, never been started. Straight out of the crate. I would guess around 4K would be pretty reasonable for an actual used ‘21 with mileage on it. But I haven’t seen any for sale here.
There is a new gpx at Action Motorsports in Tulsa Oklahoma for $4800 for anyone looking.
If you ever wanted to sell a used bike, now is definitely the time. If I had a used GPX that I wasn't sure I wanted to keep, I'd be getting that shit listed on Marketplace.
I suspect its simply lean on the pilot but until its tried its unknown. My buddy recently had his TSE bowl needle clogged with sludge, in the time it took him to go have a piss and grab a soda I had the carb out in my hand.
Pull the air filter, retract the air boot, pull the carb, bump the pilot, reverse. 20 minutes tops.
Mine has a Colorado title and only has 210 miles on it. It has all the lights, signals, etc. installed. If I sell it, I would probably list it for $4700. Never seen a used one listed in Colorado. Not sure if I'm going to sell it or not. Nothing really comparable in that price range that isn't used and 10 years or more older.
Jetting in my bike now is a 55/160. My bike just doesn't have the low end punch it should with the 55. GPX is sending me a 40 and 45 pilot jet. One of the guys at GPX runs a 40 pilot and 160 main in his. He rides at approx the same elevations I do. 6400' to 8000'. I will install the 40 and see what happens.
Ribbed for her pleasure?
Got me a new Gen 3
That's funny I just got in a new exhaust, I dented the original one pretty good with all my boulder field riding, so now I'll take it off plug the ends and heat it up as I pump air into it and see if i can get the dents out.
Has anyone mounted a gen 3 pipe on a 2019? It doesn’t exactly fit.
The bend is not upswept enough at the stinger and the length is too long
Looks purdy tho...
I know, I know, I need to wash the beast, it’s finally warmed up enough to go outside

I had to bend the gen 1(?) pipe a bit to align with the old stock twin walled fittings. Loose everywhere, bend then drive it all home front to back as it all kinda get in place.
iirc the mid pipe mount was off a bit but I used the boot to pull it in.
By your pic Id suggest mild force starting front to back but keep everything loose after the manifold mount till all the bolts are started.
Were you able to get a license plate for your TSE250 ? What county was it in ? I'm having a very difficult time trying to plate mine in Douglas County.
El Paso County. Yup I have a plate, I walked in and walked out with plate and tabs it was that easy. Just showed Receipt, MSO, and Insurance on the bike. Lady didn't ask me anything and typed away and handed me everything after I paid the $400 or so for tax and plate.
