Attached are tracks from a ride we did in the area mostly north of the Grand Canyon in 2013.

    The ride report is here:

We liked this trip so much that we did a very similar one in 2014 but backwards. The tracks for that ride are here:

In creating these trips I made heavy use of tracks from others in particular Crawdaddy's Grand Canyon Loop tracks and Countdown's Great Western Trail tracks. So thanks to them.

I also got some great tracks of southwestern Utah from DualSportMaps.com, but I don't who originally created them.

    You're welcome.

BTW there has been a lot of discussion about one of the areas we went thru called the Nutter Twists in the Arizona Strip north of the Grand Canyon here:

In my tracks I noted a bad ledge. I speculated that the spot could have gotten worse to being impassable.

But we have since found out that the ledge has been removed and there is no problem getting thru there now.

Great info. I'm trying to figure out if/how to merge this with the AZBDR tracks I was going to use as I fly out on Wednesday to meet up with our shipped bikes.

I am pretty sure the leg we did from Cameron to Marble Canyon via the Navajo Bridge is part of the AZBDR, especially our 2014 ride. We got a little more adventurous thru there in 2013 and went over to an overlook of the Grand Canyon on some pretty primitive roads.

We were actually communicating a lot with the guys mapping out the AZBDR when we did our trip in 2013. They went thru there a day after we did.
