This might meet your criteria, though I can't see test riding while your wrist is still on the mend.
And I do wonder how the tips of both brake levers were broken by a single drop, unless it fell into a 3 foot deep pothole that was just barely narrower than the extent of the levers.
Saw that one, it's a model I like, but I think the price is a bit high for age and condition.
Prices are up now, but should be coming down a bit for season, & the boom might be done for now.

Might take a bit of fiddl'n to get 'er going, but these are kinda uncommon and this one looks OK.

Huh maybe things are loosening up a bit. A bit higher on miles than optimal but lots of life left after a round of maintenance and some tires.
