I was very tempted to see if I've got this new bridge tag found during the morning break in the rain, then I realized all the small town bakeries between me and my suspected location are probably closed. Noooooo! So I went back to bed.

Yeah, this stay at home thing may kill the whole summer.

@Grainbelt i am hauling a uhaul trailer through Iowa today. You most definitely did not want to be on a two wheel open conveyance today. Cold, wet and WINDY. Even the dog was unwilling to get out of the truck.

You can use the search function of this website and select search this thread only to find out if a tag has been used before, I usually search for the town or street that a prospective tag may be on.

At this point I don't even remember some of the tags I posted, so I have to double check before I select one from my photo album.

Hard to get the full scale of this bridge, so here is a bonus clue I was lucky enough to be there for:

Wow. Ok. I've been going back through past tags and it seems like in 2017 someone could post a picture of a brick wall and two minutes later someone has it.

It is on at least two different bridge web sites with different names. Either name seems like it would make it way to easy, so lets try some categories.

• "open" - clearly trains are running on it (not really a new clue there)
• "steel trestle" - obvious, and not very consistent on my favorite bridge finding site
• "minnesota" - new clue, though a likely guess
• currently owned by "candian pacific railway" - new clue
• it is over 400 feet long
• longest span is in the 60 foot range (was hoping to capture that but scale was a bitch to capture)
• my picture/video is from the opposite side of most sites pictures
• it not over 200 miles away (there are at least two other very similar bridges but one is just barely over 200 miles away and I didn't want to be a wanker (at that time, now I'm not so sure).

I figured out where it is right away, just haven't had the chance to get there yet. Today looks good though.

No clue needed, just time.
