    Cheers.

Does anyone on Vancouver Island have a GS-911 that I can borrow or rent?

My 2004 R1150GSA will not start at operating temperature, let it cool down and it runs just fine. It did stall just once and I haven't done more than run up and down the street since. This happened after I tweaked the timing and changed the alternate belt; the bike ran great for a week until this happen.

    I am in Courtenay.

Might want to post this in the Regional Forums. There's one that's specific to the Pacific Northwest and another that's specific to Canada. I'd hit both and you might get a quicker response.

Yeah getting very quick at taking off the cover and checking timing and belt tension as that's where I turned first. Installed the original stick coils, which were never tested, ran up and down my dead end road a couple times to the same result. Called a few local mechanics with no love for the BMW.

You should reach out to GS Addict....he's a short ferry ride away in Sechelt and he'll have the answer to your problem. Give him a PM.
