It’s an old Watsonian Monza from the ‘60’s./70’s. Not really too sure. It has been painted a number of times, red originally. Has a Mini Cooper 10” wheel.
I'm back...had a stomach problem that needed surgery. But back to my old self as fulltime park grounds inspector and part time guardian of the groceries. Just a short trip to the grocery this morning. When we were done at 8:30 any semblance of cool was disappearing rapidly and we went straight home.
Cool, thanks! I haven't been there, I've only been to Vancouver in BC. Beautiful city, I wish I'd had time to explore outside the town, the surrounding mountains looked beautiful! I'd love to spend more time in your beautiful country! I've been to the aforementioned Vancouver, Banff & Calgary, Toronto, and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Enjoyed every visit, my next cities to visit will be Montreal and Quebec City, never been to that province. I'd love to do a ride through BC, as well!
The local crop duster we used (M&M Air Service -- Beaumont, TX) originally started out with converted Stearmans bought from GI Surplus. All but one they converted to a front hopper and a rear single seat. But, they kept one of the old trainers as it was originally -- a two-seater. One of the duster pilots took me up when I was about 10. At one point he climbed at a pretty steep angle to around 10,000 feet and then pulled back on the throttle and let the plane fall. I floated out of my seat and was only held in place by a little lap belt. Unforgettable.
Any suggestions on getting your pup used to eyewear? I bought goggles for Murphy... He's okay for a little while then it's feet in the air trying to get them off. I've arranged and tightened the straps to keep the material out of his eyes. Trying to put them on.. treat... small obedience tasks with on... treat.... rinse, repeat. No sidecar yet... still wanting to get him prepared. Wish I'd started earlier than nearly two years old.
