Yup. No one can say it's copying anything else because it obviously isn't.
The fairing looks like a rock crawler's sawed off hood.
First time I noticed the push rod tubes, hydraulic valves? That would be a huge differentiator from all the competition, especially for a high mile rider. Loved my Kawasaki Mean Streak with hydraulic valves and shaft drive, it was tires and oil changes.
The right side of the cylinders are behind cam chain covers so no pushrods. I think what you're seeing are probably through bolt castings or maybe oil passages.
Is that empty HD logo that stretches from the tank to the fairing a decal or painted on? To me, it just looks like an after thought and would look so much better removed. A smaller HD emblem on the tank would be ideal.
I like it, simple and not overstated. I would really like to keep the chrome and flash off of it.
Well it looks alright from the back anyway
they showed this stuff last year. what's that little black thing?
Cigarette lighter to USB adapter?
I would also guess a performance plug in but they got in trouble with a lot of the screaming Eagle upgrade stuff so probably not that.
Edit- maybe it is something like that and goes with the exhaust can but stays within epa guidelines.
A tricked out shifter peg.
But look at that massive skid plate... geesh.
Thought that shifter peg might be an option too. Picture gets pretty blurry when zoomed though.
Like! Seems a bit thinner than the GSA. I'm so glad we will have an American made adventure touring option.
Where did you get this picture?
Seeing several ADV bikes from the front like this, I'm curious how any of you can say the PA fairing/headlight/windshield is the uglier combination. They all ugly!
They need to add a radiator guard to that wall though.
If you are buying an ATV motorcycle, it's sorta like buying a tractor. It's a tool for a job, so it's going to get skuffed up , scratched and dirty. Thats what you buy it for. But if you can keep the hood (tank) clean it's still nice to look at . So a small 2" Clolsonne' badge on the tank would add a nice touch of pride of owenership. It certainly would look much better than that split badge like the country is right now. If you don't like a tank badge you can hammer and chisel it off. If your a polisher , said badge would add mucho class. All is happy now. Haha.
I'm ready to see the big bike shoot out, take them all up the tat and compare, switch riders and bikes every 500 miles
