The lightning bolts are Aryan Brotherhood, a prison gang. And outside, of course. Not necessarily Red and White.

And it's better to have them as friends, than enemies.

Oh - and here I thought that they themselves advertise they are "Outlaws" and don't feel obliged to behave within the norms of society? We are talking about self-avowed 1%ers and not the 99% of other MC members who like motorcycles, like to ride them, and like to hang out with kindred spirits. Yankee Beemers does not have a law firm on retainer....

    - This criminal enterprises AKA MC's/OMC's have discovered the need for PR. They organize well-publicized runs to orphanages. They sell tshirts at bike shows. They understand the benefit of "Winning hearts and minds."

    - Like other criminal businesses, drawing attention to them will bring a law enforcement spotlight. They've already been hit hard by RICO prosecutions. There is too much at stake.

I have a nephew in law enforcement in SNH. When they stop HE's they keep their mouths shut and take the ticket - and they always get ticketed. They do not usually have guns or anything directly identifiable as weapons on them. Ball peen hammers are the weapon of choice.

If they are charged criminally, they immediately ask for their lawyer., as is anyone's right. The difference being they have Bratton & Springer LLP on retainer.

You can't have it both ways. If you want to be an outlaw, than accept the consequences.
