We've all found ourselves looking through Gumtree or eBay and spotted a bike or bike part on the other side of the country and really want to buy it but don't want to make an un-informed decision based on a random stranger on the internet who just wants your money... BUT you don't have anyone to call on to go check it out before you buy it. What if you then decide to pull the trigger and now need a way of collecting/shipping it... arrgh logistics!! How about a list of inmates who might be willing to help out (only if convenient) on occasion with such things... you PM the person who's the local Adv'er and if they're able to, they lend a hand. PM me or reply to the thread with the area you're in/able to help in and I'll add your username to this first post. Below are those who might be able to help, your username won't be listed in this post unless you have given your expressed consent: ACT General ACT > BergDonk (might be able to help at a stretch) NSW Lismore/Ballina > buggalugs Hunter Valley > Rider 101 Coffs Harbour > shedmarket (travel between Iluka/Yamba and Port Macquarie regularly - have crane truck, trailer, ute) Coffs Harbour > Maso (travel between Iluka/Yamba and Port Macquarie regularly - have crane truck, trailer, ute) Port Macquarie > Colonial Mick (up to Cumbucter West) Forster (Nabiac to Taree) > @lopealong (happy to help where possible) Newcastle/Coolongolook > Freshshaved (Ute, Trailer, Workshop - Happy to look at shit, pick up breakdowns and put inmates up. Another thing is maybe even list planned road trips giving origin and destination and travel dates in case people want an affordable way of transporting something fiddly. This can sometimes be frowned upon for home security reasons where inmates don't want others to know when their homes will be uninhabited for days or weeks.
