I went this route on my 2014 350 EXC-F with the Highway Dirt Bikes setup.

I got a set of these several years ago & was about to get another for my new bike till I saw they don't do the black anodize any more. Anybody know a place in AZ (N. Phoenix) that can anodize a set of guards? I could just paint I guess, but it's just not very durable. Anybody tried powder coat on these?

Hey, was just wondering if anyone has tried to contact HDB lately and, if so, whether you'd heard back? I've sent a few emails now for about a month but I do know they get very busy as well. I just hope Paul hasn't blacklisted my email address for asking too many questions! :lol3

I imagine he's probably slammed with orders for the upcoming riding season.
    Great products!

Yeah, good point. Great products indeed. At first, I talked myself out of their stuff because I didn't want to tap a new set of Pro Tapers - but the feedback on their products is too good that I convinced myself :D

I just saw GSteve's pic of the Upper Dash....
Now placing an order for one of those.
    Very nice setup.

I received a response in early March but that’s as recent as I’ve reached out.

Thanks for the feedback; I would have just placed an order and happily waited for it except I need to confirm something with Paul first. Hoping they are just busy with orders - they deserve every bit of their success!

I figured I'd share my HDB setup, this bike would make the.. lets see, 7th time I've used their products. I've even put them on a few ATV's, very solid and by far the best I've found anywhere. Being this is a dual sport setup for an XRR I wanted to use the key switch front and center and aux switches on my top clamp since the Vapor has its "dashboard" with indicators. I think it really dressed up this old pig and what I've seen with on newer bikes looks equally impressive.

Here's to hoping they are just waist deep into developing new product or taking a much deserved break. I know CO has had its fair share of snow and I'm hoping this spring thaw hasn't done anything to the business or their personal lives to keep them from responding.

Nice clean setup! Thanks for sharing. And, yeah, that was my concern as well, that it might be something other than being busy. I sincerely hope not and that everyone is well.

We're still here and alive and well. If you have sent an email to us recently and have not gotten an answer please resend to hdb@highwaydirtbikes.com, seems like every once in a while things go sideways, my apologies.

I did find a batch of emails in my spam, and answered them but my spam box does not go back more then a couple of weeks, so please try me again.
    Thanks,
    Paul

Has anyone tired to mount these Tusk LED's into the HDB guards?

Wondering if they would fit given the space available in the aluminum frame?

I believe someone had posted those in the XR electrical thread a few years back. I was going to do the same but after getting the blinkers I found them to be nearly worthless in daylight, just not bright enough. As to the location, the mirror wouldn't be able to pivot back behind the guard any longer so unless you want your mirror sticking out 100% of the time I'd consider possibly moving them up a bit like someone had done on their KTM in thread below.
