All (most) of Paul's top clamps are slotted. It almost looks like a perfect hole to the naked eye, but it's a 2mm long slot. This allows a single top clamp to accommodate a larger variety of bikes. The 100x33/35mm top clamp will fit both 100x33mm bikes and 100x35mm bikes.

What clamp is this? They show 4 clamps available in their "Fitment Guide", but this one is not in it. This looks like a reverse of the ADV clamp with the powerlet / switches positions swapped.

    Hi Dan,
That is the original Powerlet top clamp which is now out of production. Unless Paul had a couple laying around from previous production, the current-stock powerlet top clamps all have the powerlet holes located at the top of the clamp rather than the lower portion. Many folks bought this design, though, so if you have a specific reason to want this layout, you may find someone willing to sell you theirs and they can buy the new style. Or, since time is running out on the coupon, you could buy the proper sized current layout, with the 15% off coupon, and then look to trade with someone later on.

    Speaking of trading..........

I put a set of HDB Ultimates on my 06 950 which is all black. So......
I have a brand new, still in the bag, set of white guards that I'll trade for a similar set of black guards

You mean the plastic parts? I've got the regular HDB setup - which came with these plastics:

I'd be happy to trade black for white.

I thought I saw somewhere that HDB had riser clamps, but I don't see them on their website. Was that a special run, or was I hallucinating. :freaky

    Ottodog,
By riser clamps, are you meaning the lower clamps themselves or a riser that works with, and goes between, your lower clamps and bars? Paul has replacement lower clamps available in 3 heights (1 3/4", 2 1/8", 2 1/2") plus in custom lengths. All only for 1 1/8" fatbars, though.

Two ways to include them in your order. First is when you check out on the 1 1/8" handguard page, there is a drop down menu to add/select the height lower clamp you want. Note that they are not offered on the 7/8" handguard page because Paul doesn't offer lower clamps for 7/8" bars.

If you are not ordering handguards, you can order only the lower clamps on PAGE 2 of the "Replacement Parts" page.

    Hey everyone,
Thursday is the last day to request a coupon and probably be the last day to order using the 15% off coupon, so if you haven't ordered, time to get them in.

Hit me up if you have any questions about ordering, shipping, etc so we can work through everything and you can still get the discount. :freaky
