I think this is the function that Beezer's Steam Punk bike won People's Choice.

He had gone there just to jam with the band and walked away with a nice gift card. Turns out KLR and some Harley carbs share some same parts so he put it to good use.

That Ariel is one of the coolest bikes I've seen in a long time.

A majority of the folks there tonight thought the same thing leading to it's winning People's Choice.

Great time tonight. Thank you HOH for having us all over. Mark H.

Well shucks, no wonder I didn't win. :lol3 I was told a lot of people were voting for my bike. I could use $100 gift certificate.

No idea on the winner of the auto division. I'm just not much into things 4-wheeled.

    Anything 2-wheeled Mark H. :D

    Couple more pix ...
You don't see many of these around either. Wayne equipped 3 carb GMC six.

I haven't seen this guy on the right around for a long time. Some of you will recognize him.

This is a bike he built up. "A hundred horsepower". Check out the trick double-throwdown racing rear suspension. :evil He says he still has a BMW of some sort, named Kay.

I don't know what the deal is with these girls. There were several at this event last year too. They were posing for pix with cars, bikes, people.

I think I see a pirate back there. Place was crawlin' with 'em. :evil

As you can see, these ladies seemed more than happy to pose for a pic if they thought someone had a camera pointed in their general direction.
Those shoes were popular with "those girls". I guess they must be real comfortable.
She had a beautiful smile. :D

Looks like GA. Haven't seen him in a while either. Wish that I was in town to catch the show.....work,work,work. That Ariel was awesome!

Another fun-filled event compliments of HOH. Like Beezer's Steam Punk bike a couple years ago, another home-built won 'People's Choice'.

Way cool that Mark from TMS entered his beautiful Ducati Diavel. It got a LOT of attention.

Also nice seeing Burke. I think he and I were the only Gruvers there.

Sorry, didn't shoot much this year but here's the bike that won:

And here's the car that won. It belongs to Fred at the Harley shop. He bought it totaled from hitting a moose and had Brian Saupe of Custom Crafts Unlimited chop and paint it. Brian and his son were working on it till they drove it to the show still undone but close enough to wow the crowd. It is not a convertible as there is no top.

This little kid loved my bike and his mom, in the white glasses who's also a rider, said green is his favorite color so I let him go ahead and climb onboard. He was pretty happy.

I got this pic. I feel like one of these vehicles is having a hard time blending in.
