It says these are just concept bikes. Who knows if they will ever go into production.

I wish they do it this year and put a 350 engine or at least 300 :)
Then It would be my dream bike, more or less :) If they modify suspension to match Racetech and provide 3-4 galon fuel tank it would be ultimate bike for adventure.

well it'll be 250 for the concept and probably for initial first batch for Japan and SE-Asia a 300 would be welcome and of course a higher spec model with a Yoshi full system and Ohlins on it

First time since the death of Soichrio Honda in 1991, maybe they'll finally grow some stones. When the market was down Honda did some most incredible bikes in the mid 80s with the Interceptors, Nighthawks, GB500, NX series, NT650 Hawk GT, CB1 400, GL1500/6 and RC30. After 91 it started to fall off and after 2000 not too much exciting.

Bring it on Honda, try it to see "if you mak it they will come" might work out. Not all I mentioned were successful, but Honda took the chances none the less.

If they're actually building concepts that shows they're at least considering production.

    Think positive thoughts

Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki needs to produce for the US market, a true Dual Sport bike. Something along the lines of a 40 HP+ sub 300 lb, 10" suspension, bike. The parts are in the bin already, it just to be assembled. Like or hate KTM, they have proven the market for such a bike.

Nope. Their shit breaks and everything they sell that's a dual sport starts at 10k.. How about 330 lbs with a sub frame strong enough for two people and gear, 30hp and a seat height that doesn't require a step ladder for 5-6 grand?

It's a very cool concept and I hope they carry through with it. I would love to see both a 250cc and 450cc version of the bike. I would be first in line for one.

So... a slightly cheaper DR-Z400S with about 10 lbs added to the subframe and a set of lowering links? :rofl

If they sold the fairing kit as a dealer part, they would move all remaining CRF250L's off every dealer lot in the states :D

they cant even make a 450. now they are going to distract the market with a 250???? I think the 250L is a great bike for a certain purpose. but make a street legal 450 !!!!!!!
