    Sweet!
I love your bike and the simplicity of it. :beer
Can you actually sit on the seat while riding or is it more like a trials bike that you only sit down when your feet are on the ground?

I sit when I’m tired of standing lol.. but you can sit and ride but alittle cramped for sitting long distance. I built this bike with a Trials geometry in mind so it’s light/slim/low to the ground seating so when I’m off camber on side hills I can still touch the ground. I’m short lol..

I have long wanted a really light-weight trail bike & I find that this build has really changed my thinking. As JagLite mentioned, the simplicity is striking & the horizontal engine isn't something I would have ever thought about but makes perfect sense.

    I have loads of questions.....

    Hey Jimmy @jcone

Any updates on this bike? Checked your youtube channel too.

Been toying with building a lightweight version using 21" front and rear

    Have a frame to start with. . . .

No not lately been busy summer for me but soon I'm hoping to get back playing around again on it. I do have about 25hrs on it so far and everything is going strong, will make a few changes at some point but for now it's a runner.

21 front and rear would be cool, like a SurRon with a Horizontal engine build

    I just saw this thread.
Wow! you did a nice job.
I had a similar project a few years ago except I was leaning more towards a long distance backcountry tourer

    27033637081_9287bba084_c.jpg

I lengthened the downtube about 6" and laced a wider rim onto the stock hub for a 3.50 tire, lengthened the swingarm and relocated the pivot. With both gas tanks I estimate @ 350 mile range but about the time I did this I became consumed with e mountain bikes and it's been sitting in my shop since.
