Honda NC750X owners thread

    Sounds like a recent change then. Ours have standard Honda Bar end weights which have an long inner part that fits into the bar with a spring clip that locates into two small holes in the bar which are hidden under the grip.
    You can unscrew the outer weights, then slide the grip off and press in the clips and they pop out, leaving a hollow bar which will take the bark busters quite easily, using sufficient spacers to let the throttle rotate freely.
    I was fitting after market heated grips, so not sure if any trimming of the standard grips would be needed.

    That is exactly what I have. How do you "unscrew" them? I used a lot of force by pulling out the tabs and then pulling very hard with vice grips to get them off.
