Agree with naysayers on the curl. I think it must be possible to do equal length headers which look better/more purposeful than that. A for effort though.

Oh the lengths (puns intended) we go to for an ounce more power!

saw this on the Co-Built IG last week.... i prefer the race version, mainly because at some point those long equal length pipes will start to rob power and also muffler placement. im sure he can do a more fluid look vs the cut/paste race version.

I may have missed something, but isn't that rear exhaust connected to the inlet port? The XLVs exhaust exits out the rear...

Edit, just reread the first post and the explanation was there...

We are nearly ready for the RS750 Replica to come home and be finished, the headers & silencers are done. Next job is to CNC machine replica triple clamps, wheel hubs, oil tank etc....
Massive thanks to Geoff Cain at Co-Built for his fabrication wizardry, and Anthony Brown for tech advice & drawings, Martin Wittering for the fuel tank & Johan Rocha for selling me the rare Honda XLV750 motor.

I had an XLV750 engine sitting under a bench for years - I would've donated it to see something like this.
