Mark doesn't reply here much but if you PayPal him you will have it in a couple days. I have bought two the last month and both arrived in 2-3 days.

Not only that, but a finer gentleman than Mark I've never met! I bought one of Marks original oil coolers back in 2011 and fitted it to my XR600. It's been going great - it keeps the old girl much cooler and the additional oil volume gives me a bit of peace of mind when stretching out service intervals on long trips.

Recently I saw that the design has been updated and given I am rebuilding my XR into a custom scrambler (long story) I thought I'd update the oil cooler with the new, more streamlined design. I emailed Mark and he very generously sent me out the new parts at no cost!

    Generous indeed.

Installed mine a year or so ago, working great. Might I add a suggestion/question?

Last week I installed a cooler on my Harley Electraglide. The oil lines were pre-bent, and gave a much cleaner looking result than simply cutting a hose and bending it around like this kit does. I realize it would be too expensive to have a hose set custom made for such a low volume item as this, but I wonder if a set of oil lines for something else might work? I vaguely recall being able to cut up heater hoses for a Geo Tracker to replace radiator hoses on an XR650R, might be the wrong vehicle but same concept.

alternatively, I wonder if a properly sized spring would hug the oil line a bit and help it keep a more round shape? I've seen that on hoses before, can't remember exactly the application, but it seemed to work well.

HI Mark! Kit looks great - do you happen to offer this with a black core and black and bracketry?

    Thanks!

XR400 should have an oil cooler stock around the neck/frame, doesn't it?

I'm sorry to say that I don't have an oil cooler for the XR400.
