    Jacqueline,
Thank you for providing one of the most inspiring rides that I have ever encountered. Your epic journey will remain as one of the most outstanding female ride reports. I will always look to your for inspiration and stimulation and then go load up my bike and ride out my dreams!!!
I am happy that you made it home and completed this ride with little incident and that you are safe and ready to go again. I am certainly ready to read anything you write and to view your lovely photographs!! :bow
    Thanks again,
    d

I didn't know there were others out there.
I mean southerns who escaped from the fun and the sun to explore the rest of what is out there.

(Southern born, yet transplanted to the north myself). It's good to see.

Great ride report and it looks as if you have enjoyed yourself.

    Ride on!

Hello Jacqueline, Glad to read your report that you made it back home. I haven't read this post in awhile and I missed your time in West Virginia. I would have liked to have ridden up to the "bridge" and said Hi. My loss. I'm sure you had a wonderful time on your journey and I enjoyed talking with you and Benjava and the rest of the others on that muddy day at Eagle Plains when going up the Dempster Hwy. Ride safe and take care. California???

I finally finished reading through your ride report! What an epic adventure - you are so lucky that you didn't have any accidents, esp in the extreme heat in Indiana/Ohio. Also noticed no photos of Indiana... :rofl

For my part, instead of leaving on a 4 week cross country/return trip on Friday, I ended up having knee surgery. :(

Lots of time to read ride reports now.

It feels so strange and sad to let go of something that has empowered me so much.

Yesterday my beloved F650 GS heads off to her new home the Barber Museum in Birmingham, AL, where I truly hope she will inspire and empower others to reach for what they want, to enjoy life to the fullest, and to truly LIVE!

We all have limitations … To live life to the fullest, I think we have to know what our limitations are so we can work with/around them. But we should never, never limit ourselves. If you want to achieve something, figure out what you have to do to be successful. What works for one person may not work another.

I think one very key element is to not look at limitations as a negative thing. Limitations are a fact of life! Like only being 5 foot tall!

Now to find a new ride.
