That's an immaculate looking XR 650R motard for sure... with an as new extra set of std wheels and long range tank.

But AUD 14,000 ono. ??? Is that really a realistic price in Oz right now...?! :eek7 I know from the second hand bike sales thread in here - that there is a shortage of 2nd hand bikes down under at the moment... but that is astounding... that's MORE (by a good margin) than what the RRP in the showrooms here was - back when they were NEW! :nod

    These lights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KN882TV/

    And these brackets: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0791NB4FM/

The lights have a sharp cutoff and fill in missing low beam pattern on the sides. Since they have a sharp cutoff they do not dazzle oncoming drivers. They're bright too. Bright enough that if my headlight bulb blew, I'd still be able to see well enough to get home. Also, I'm one of those people that hates that a high beam shuts off the low beam. These keep the woods to the sides illuminated so I can spot any deer close-by, while the high beam is doing its job way on down the road.

The lights have a clear "angel eye" doohickey as well, which is bright and interesting to see at a distance even in the daytime. I have a two-stage switch on my RX3, and I use the angel eyes on the first position and the LED on the second. It works great and looks cool.

These are also pretty small, and can be mounted pretty much anywhere, with the caveat that since they've got a cutoff pattern, they have to be mounted upright. Not upside down, and definitely not sideways.

There are cheaper versions of these same lights that have crazy colors for the angel eyes, but I wanted legal colors, which meant amber or white. Amber was out of stock so I went with white.

The brackets are the best brackets I've ever played with. When fully tightened down, there is no moving the bracket. And yet it's rubber isolated, so the LEDs will hopefully last forever. They go on easily and really grip the bar strongly, but don't mar it in any way. That's awesome if you ask me.

Oh also, strapworks.com for all your webbing needs. Buckles, cam locks, webbing in colors and patterns, heavy duty webbing, etc. I was finally able to find plastic 3/4" cam locks to make a new strap for my MotoPak roll bag. (I somehow lost one of the two straps that came with it).
