No, he said that the receiver actually caught the ball before running out of bounds.

Son of Orange Crush defense
Yes Manning looked bad but kept slogging, mind over matter for the golden superbowl win. Brainpower kept the wheels on just long enough...
I kept wondering during the game how close Kubiak was to sending in Brock. Like if the defense hadn't completely dominated and Carolina scored a 2nd half TD, or if Peyton threw another interception, we might have seen a switch. However, Peyton did throw a couple of key receptions at key moments and the D gifted him that last touchdown. Just enough to keep the fairy tale ending alive.
As seen from space, it looks like a swarm of orange mites.
This thread was good while it lasted...
probobably gonna sell insurance, pizza or cars now.
Good way to go out: on top! Congratulations to a great "enemy" for the excellent rivalry and career. Always was a pleasure to watch (yes, even tho he actually sucked physically this year, he showed the brains and leadership needed to go to and win the Superbowl). Manning you will be missed.
Yes, I knew Peyton was a QB to be remembered. I am very pleased that the Broncos won the Bowl and Peyton finished out the way he wanted after a rough season start. Accolades are well deserved.
Just a little something goin on over here at Bronco's HQ.
I remember well the day Elway and everyone took off from Centennial airport and went to talk to Peyton. I even drove over here too see if cars were missing when the rumors were flying as to what was going on.
Thanks Peyton for taking us along on a great ride!!! It couldn't hardly end better.

Thanks for posting. Peyton going out with class!!
And Osweiler is out without as much class...
But RG3? WTF?
This a really interesting development. Kaepernick or RGIII? IMO, both aren't great choices. But maybe a fresh start for either might re-ignite their career...
After hearing Chris Cooley of the Redskins talk about how RG3 was hated in the Washington locker room by his entire offense, hopefully he finds employment elsewhere.
Not a fan of either but I think Kaper is the lesser of two evils.
I would certainly pick K rather than R for sure. Sorry to see Osweiler go cause he is very talented. ESPN radio was just postulating Tebow coming back. Laughter please...
How many of the team are actually from CO?
Kaepernick has the physical attributes you'd like in a QB....
RGIII has been injured too many times, don't see him as a realistic possibility.
Good to let Brock go...he's more of a backup right now and still developing.
I think Blake predicted the Kaepernick move earlier. I'd rather have a Kaepernick over a Brock. He's more agile, runs better and more physical than Brock. He's alos not as damaged as RG.
Did I hear Tebow?
