I had a blast last year at the MRR. There's so much diversity of terrain up there, and like Nightstalker said, history everywhere. Will be a great event. Can't wait! I'm in. Thanks in advance to all of you who work hard to put this event together.

There was a 1200 GSA rider last year that did the entire A route. Several thousands of dollars of damage later he completed the entire route...initially I was wondering who had that much money, only to find out later he was sponsored by Bay M Vay. If it is of similar difficulty as last year, a decent rider can do this on a 650...there were several excellent riders doing it on 950 Adventures or Enduros but most would be best served on a 450 or less. I don't think DirtGirl will be doing the A/B section on her 800 GS again (although i could be wrong).

Thanks for the early support everyone. As of today we have 37 entries :clap

Btw, its not on the entry form but all the proceeds from this event will go towards keeping our riding opportunities open in Arizona. Whether it be paying for the AZOHVC lobbyist or buying sandwiches for trail work days I guarantee you all the money will go right back into keeping our sport alive and well. :D

    Cool! I like supporting that.

I posted about this on Cafe Husky, but I don't know if there is anyone near here on that site...

Unfortunately this year it appears most of the proceeds will be spent on a Belly Dancer. We just can't seem to mimic "The Hill" from last years event.............so on to plan B. :D

    Awesome, thanks for the support.

Quick update on goodies for the raffle. Last year we enjoyed tremendous support from our sponsors and this event is shaping up to be just as great with support from our BMW and KTM dealers as well as makers of fine DS/ADV products. Here's the confirmed short list so far...its growing day by day :D

    GoAz BMW and KTM Scottsdale
    Iron Horse BMW Tucson
    MotoCity KTM Avondale
    Al Jesse Luggage
    Matrix Motorsports Kriega Products
    Giant Loop Saddlebags

BIG THANKS to our Sponsors for giving back to the sport. :clap

Oh yeah....any Belly Dancer Sponsors out there?
