I had this crazy idea that it would be cool to go out for a ride while Hurricane Ernesto was raging. There were a few problems with this idea, like would I be able to actually talk anyone into going out with me. Another problem was that until Ernesto made its way to Pennsylvania, it was no longer a hurricane. Yet another problem was that I too had lost steam and had no ambition to go out in the wind and the rain. So, it turned out to be a spaghetti western kind of day. Ephrata to the rescue!! The first Sunday of every month, bikers converge on the quiet little town of Ephrata, PA. Today would be that first Sunday, and to top it off, Ernesto had made its way north of PA leaving only a trail of clouds and a threat of rain. I had to go into work for a few hours this morning before making my way south to Ephrata. 9AM, I'm back from work and getting ready to leave when MAKMAN pulls up to my garage, BUDDYPAL!! We arrive, and much to my surprise, there's quite a crowd!
