Here’s a reference of the TM Designworks Factory Edition 2 on my ‘17 701E w/ 15-46 sprockets and oem length chain. Note the chain to guide pad relationship and axle blocks almost all the way forward in the swing arm.

Has anyone with a 2020 Supermoto experienced a slave cylinder failure?

2020 enduro in reach. I didn’t think one that new would pop up. Any issues or things I should know about a 2020?

Supermoto and Enduro share the same slave cylinder.
I believe the world record holder was a 2019 or 2020 that only made it 40 miles before failure.

Pretty sure I saw on FB a guy who made it a few hundred yards from the dealership. I don't remember the model year but I'm sure it doesn't matter! KTM isn't interested in fixing the issue.

2017 worst bike I ever had for reliability. two cams due to partly clogged oil jets. first set of valves wore out at 24000, Head developed crack at 28000, replaced head, valves etc. new valves are shot at 38000. Transmission bearing on clutch side blew at 32000 had to replace transmission bearings main shaft and a couple gears. I have been towed twice.
When it runs it is the best bike for me so I put up with the rest. Still talking to my head service shop for possible solutions to the valves. I run at 80 mph on the freeway a lot to get to dirt so maybe I ride it too hard.

With two oil filters and two oil screens, you still have oil jets clogging? Are you running any kind of aftermarket air filter or airbox?

Got my SMC-R 2020 a couple of months ago and the first three upgrades for me will be...

    Clutch slave (done)
    Fisher Seat (over the winter)
    Exhaust (before next spring)

One of my buddies said the same thing. He’s like, just keep the discolored ones. :lol3

My clutch is sticking. When I let it out quickly, it moves slower than my finger. Anyone else have this problem?

The clutch was bled 2-3 months ago when I replaced the salve with a oberon.

The oil jets for the cam lobes were partially clogged from the factory. Using electrical wire I was able to clean them out then I ran the bike without the cam cover so I could see the oil being squirted on The cam lobes before I considered the job done. Stock air box, K&N filter with grease on the mounting surface and twin air foam pre filter.

I was looking at the same options, ended up with a Kouba + a stiffer spring. Full write up: http://www.husky701.com/koubalink-lowered-husqvarna-701-experience/
