I went softer. Shock went down 1 spring rate fork went down 2. Valving 10% softer for both.

I dont know off hand what the stock spring rates were but i can take a look at the sheet when i get home.

Same here 6'-2" and looking for a taller set-up. Has anyone raised the bar +60mm (2.4") using stock cables? Can brake & clutch hoses be re-routed to gain more free-play? TIA - M

If you're near Tampa, sure. If not there's this service that you can use to send and receive items. Not too many people have heard of it though. ;)

I LOVED my wr250r. Rode around the world on it. This fills me with renewed hope that my next bike will be a 701..

Check the small print, mate. I am in New Zealand, other side of the world.
No, NZ is not a state of 'Merica, check google maps. :deal
As for postage, would be cheaper for you to buy a new one than paying for mine to be sent to you.
    Merry Xmas

Ahhh, that's cool. I use Tapatalk app so a lot of the extra print and emoji don't show up.

I was excited thinking they'd have something for the new motor. No love for the '17s. Wonder when/if that'll happen?

What do you think the stocker is worth? Shoot me an offer. My stocker is laying on the shelf. Replaced with the Flatland Racing.

Picked up my -17 today! Got a hint from the dealer of a pre-coming tuning kit. Akrapovic slipon, new airbox, sls cover, evap delete kit and a engine map for this kit. It costs like only the akra did 2016. Not sure yet, only i don't like with the akra is that it still got the catalyst converter inside?

I sent him an email inquiry and got this back in about 5 minutes..bear in mind I'm in the UK so shipping costs may be a bit higher to other areas.

Yes I have now many types for KTM:

    2) -20low
    3) -30low
    4) -20low / -20back
    5) -30low / -20back

    Toothed platform:
    a) standard = 90x52 (€78/set)
    b) Rally = 115x55 (€89/set)
    c) EXTRA BiG XL =130x70 (€95/set)

    Surface finish:
    A) Every set pegs = polished surface as standard.
    B) Silvercolor like sandblasting see pictures in forum price is higher +€9/set (extra waiting 1-2 days)
    C) Dark black matt color price is higher +€9/set (extra waiting 1-2 days)

Price is complete including registered priority airmail with tracking number!

All my products is from stainless steel 4mm sheet metal.

Snuck in a short ride this morning, introducing the 701 to the local sights.

I'm also 6'2" and found the ergos while standing challenging to say the least.

I raised the bars by 1" with a spacer and used the 1 3/8" dropped pegs by Knight

    http://www.knightdesignllc.com/Prod...rmoto-Extra-Lowered-Wide-Front-Foot-Pegs.html

I flipped the brake pedal toe peg and its pretty much perfect now.

I doubt you will get much cable play beyond 1 1/2" bar rise.
