Still a little to much snow.
NEW MACHINE MY BRATHER
Nice feral looking machine. Feel free to take / ignore my advice, as an SE owner who already made the mistake: Remove your passenger pegs for offroading. I fell with mine on, ignoring several warnings from other wiser folk, and bent the subframe when the weight of the bike fell on the retracted peg. Now the shock reservoir touches it a bit.
Viva la Baja!
Been giving mine a full going through after 36k miles of fun.
This is how the box from FedEx was delivered from Rade. Still waiting on FedEx to sort it out. After about 3wks I was finally sent the missing items. Half of them were missing from the original shipment, including the lights.
Some teaser photos of the rest of the progress.
Thanks @Boatman for shipping out these great racks. Some Mosko Scout 25L will be going on them soon.
Couple things left to do:
- Waiting on @alongat to release their new filter
- Rejet for new filter
- coolant flush
- Oil/Filter Change
- Trim the Rade plastics to fit the Safari tank
Going to be like a new bike when I am done. Hopefully get another 40k trouble free miles.
I consider myself quite anal when it comes to cleaning my bikes.... ^^^^ that bike right there is a beauty and very well taken care of
That’s a nice pair of bikes 607.
From a 1,111 mile trip last week
Ummm, wrong line?
Someone opened the oven door today, 40degC. Road to the Hotel In Merzouga, luckily they had a pool
I believe the fender is an EXC fender, the EXC mask fit perfect on the mounts. The previous owner installed it. For the headlight, I did the BD XL with mask, and then pieced together some OEM KTM masks.
You are gonna play in the dunes a bit?
Had a go last night, two up on Mitas E07s, real handful, glad I had the Scott damper kit from Tripleclamp.
Few gentle lay downs, all good fun
