I have fallen victim. Resistance was futile.

That gathering is on my radar screen. I won't decide about that until it gets a little closer.

Why on earth would you do that when you could use aftermarket ones for a fraction of the cost?

The buell ones are something like $11.00 each... And flexible. It cost me less than one Suzuki signal to get both buell signals, shipping (since I live in BFE) and the proper connectors.

I posted an update and a new photo from the motorcycle show.

If you're interested, and haven't listened yet, I've done a number of interviews with folks: Dru Martin, co-producer of "Get Lost: Oregon;" and Carla King, author of America Borders. There are other interviews--not all motorcycling.

    Good on ya, Brent.

The yellow ones look pretty cool, too.

    Thanks, everyone, for your comments.

The bike is still at the dealer. It's my version of delayed gratification. I know it sounds kind of sick, but I will pick it up when taxes are done. :deal

I stopped by the dealer to pick up some parts for my Honda, and the bike was still sitting in the middle of the floor. Apparently, for a variety of reasons, they haven't gotten around to moving it to the storage area. In the meantime, the dealer--the one who said no one was interested in yellow--is amazed at how much attention this bike is getting. I think they are now reconsidering how many yellows they will get! :eek1

Hey Adrian! Is that photo of your V-Strom related to what happens if you fall down and go boom? I've been there and done that. Hope you've recovered.

I also took a look at Roads NW, is that your site? It's a nice source of info.
