Do yourself a favor and try to find an R or Polestar model. More smiles per mile.

Quick question; Do Polestars come in colors other than that beautiful blue?

Classic Volvo for the car enthusiast!

1967 - P1800 Volvo 2 door sedan. This body style is sought after and makes for an awesome rebuild and project car.
w/ body, motor, & transmission. No Interior.

Very cool car and needs to be in the right hands.

I took a different route home yesterday and noticed a dealer along the way had a P1800 for sale. Didn't see a price but looked to be in good shape. Plan to stop by next week and at least check in on it.

Wow, close and cheap. You bastard!

Restomod ideas are flying through my brain . . . I will likely be getting rid of my IS300 Sportcross soon. But suddenly the idea of a 2JZ inline 6 volvo make me tingly.

^It's just not the time for a project like that. I have others waiting in the wings (including a wannabe motovan untouched for nearly a year) and would prefer to find a PV544 anyway.

I've always got an eye out for an B18 Pv544.
A motor built to about 175 HP would be a great weekend car.

Had a green 142 4-speed manual in the early 1990s. It was a very good car, in its lumbering way, but the new fuel blend messed up the rubber fuel hoses on the injectors and rail, so I was forever fighting fuel leaks.
