I think you mean a V70 wagon as the V60 is a brand new beast...
Really wish Volvo would recommission the rear wheel drives...
I think maybe you have it backward or something. Here's a link to Motor Trend's review of the 2015-2018 V60: https://www.motortrend.com/cars/volvo/v60/2016/
Oh..ok my bad...I dont pay attention to the current lineup well enough...I havent a clue as to how well they're made...
The other day, driving around Green Bay with my fiance', a nice looking SUV passed us, she asked, "what brand of car is that? "
"Volvo" I said. To which she replied, "Vulva?" And I burst out laughing. For the next 1/2 hour I was writing joke and joke like I was writing a marketing campaign for the new Volvo. It was writing itself! All said with a Swedish accent of course:
Come in to test drive zah 2019 Vulva, it vhill really take a beating.
Zah new Vulva, you can easily handle seven at vonce in it.
Give it to zah new Vulva, it vhill yhust open up for you, and go, and go!
New for 2011, available in the us in 2014 (we have a 2015).
Coming up on a year with my C30. 2009 with 64k miles. Started stock with 225 horses. Now tuned, added bigger intercooler, tubing, inlet manifold, downpipe, bigger brakes, etc. Still debating going nuts and getting the bigger turbo. Next up is the suspension.
Fun little car that looks and sounds stock and will surprise a few folks.
I have dreams of returning to the land of volvo's with something like this some day (Not as bad ass , but close)
Always liked the P1800, and now the C30. I like the Amazon two door when tastefully customized:
its kind of like a 3/4 scale 50's style American car.
Plus, I recall reading somewhere a Volvo wagon will fit a Ford 5.0L V8 with reasonable mods.
And then, a custom 544 also has that 3/4 scale American street rod look:
With a Chevy small block 350 cu in motor..
Yup. It’s in the letterman episode of Comedians in cars getting coffee. Now on Netflix.
Holy crap, a 544 with a 350 mated with a 700R4 would be a hoot! And it would probably get 25 mpg on the highway. WAY COOL with the Cragars.
1936...suicide front doors and normal rear doors..how odd...
Awhile back I saw one forsale in AZCL and it showed in detail all the restomod work..it was selling for a whole lotta coin..but man it was a bitchin' ride...Wish I saved a pic of it...
Ran into a fellow years ago in Blacksburg VA driving a 245 wagon with dual exhausts. He'd put a Ford 302 in it. As he was leaving the lot I said, "Light 'em up!" and he obliged. Neat rig.
A survivor I spotted in Red Hook.
