"Wassup Nicky i just spoken with the dealer's tehnician, they told me not to forget the anti-freezing engine oil, otherwise during the night it will freeze inside the carter and the engine won't restart!!":D

The idea of ice-cold climate of Iceland led us to any kind of joke during the months before leaving .

Specially when you have a mate with a brand new Gs which is open for suggestions...

This is the story of four "riders":

Me riding the "Taxi" with Manuela
Davide ,riding the "Motorboat" and Linda
    Nicky, riding the"Pantera"
Elena , riding Ktm 950 "Clutchless"

planning to export pizza, pasta, spaghetti & mandolino with italian attitude(don't forget the Italian stallion:D ) to the coldest and remotest tip of Iceland through a continental trip .

    Tools ready
    [IMG]

all the finest bakery is packed . A good bottle of Chianti nevertheless.
    What else?

    What are we waiting for?

    31st July,typical Italian vacanze . Let's go!

Ok.Let's go then . Wait, wait! Where's Davide?
Oh now i remember. We had an appointment at this romantic spot...

Vacation people start their way north through Brennero heading to Innsbruck, Oesterreich .

"No Mum, i won't do any of those river crossings..."

We eventually get to Augsburg, Germany .

Too many highway miles start making people behave in a strange way when arriving to our camp in Denmark the following day.
    No, not as usual. Worse.

Believe me. When embarking on such a trip, you absolutely need top notch material, the kind of material which can keep you going through water, extreme climate conditions, hot coals and so on.
    Like this:

We show up to the local Bmw dealer:

We have to catch Noerrona cruise-liner in Hanstholm until the late evening.
There's plenty of time for a lovely beach afternoon

Hanstholm seaport is fully packed with any kind of adventure machinery imaginable.
Monster 4wd's, trucks, motorhomes and a handful of fully equipped motorbikes.
Everybody is waiting their boarding pass. It's exciting, as vacationers start realizing they are not headed to Capri but way north in the Atlantic Ocean.

    Morocco here we come!

    Oops..Excuse me.Wrong take.

    FarOer here we come!
    (guess i'm correct this time)

Pretty cold out here . Let's take a look around......

    Saksun village

Water is falling from mountains all around.

This guy saw us approaching. Couldn't help but laugh...

Wandering around we found this special place,

Sea is calm in northern islands

Unfortunately, no other party people around

What are we supposed to do here....no club in sight

Maybe in Gjogv there might be something goin' on....

    Mmh...nope.

Okay, let's get back to Torshavn.

    Nice old town
    [IMG]

    Light is fantastic this evening

    and keeps gettin' better....

Thank you guys, your appreciation is great.
Fact is that it seems we really found one of those northern summer evenings with magical colours.
No party around town, therefore let's proceed to further wandering through the isles.

    Road looks promising

so guys rev up that throttle!

    Sky doesn't look too promising

Let's get a closer look, it comes from the ocean

    Country church

The water is clean and fresh....

and really full of bass fish .Small ports we found along the road

    towered by dramatic landscapes

mmh, better put on the rain gear (and it has to be visible:D )

I'm getting tired of this.Where's my all inclusive five star resort, my stretching lesson in the morning and my mambo dance in the afternoon?:huh

It's getting really late. Guys, we have a boat waiting for us,and it's leaving for Iceland...

Oops, not that one. This one

Another day by the sea. What are we supposed to do? Let's slice some bread...

    the sea makes her hungry

and now? Let's the party begin

at this point, i completely missed the cooperation of the boat's chief captain, as i kept asking to officially announce that a black bmw motorcycle has ruined across three other vehicles on the car deck.
That would have been a hell of a joke.

Well, after one week from our all inclusive holiday from which three days spent by the roughing waters of the North Atlantic, i can announce you:

    E-a-r-t-h !! ( who said that ?)
