    We had one of those too. Ours was the De Luxe model, rubber tyres and electric start.
    Here's me aged about 4. I would steer it while my father fed out hay from a trailer, he'd put it in gear and start it because I couldn't reach the clutch, then he jump on the trailer. When he'd finished I'd switch the ignition off to stop.
    I remember if the old man forgot to switch over to kero and it ran out of petrol, that was it. It wouldn't start on kero. It was walk home to get some more petrol. I think that's where I learned to blaspheme.
