Down at my uncle's in Bodalla this morning a couple of his regulars came in for breakfast, two roos, + one in pouch, and one cocky. Usually there's half a dozen roos and countless birds, cockies, rosellas, lorikeets, ducks and galahs mostly, but not this morning. Up on Tuross Rd and the sea mist is rolling in, <> 60 kms from the coast and <> 1000m asl. The temp drops 15-20 C deg in a couple of hours, or less, when this happens, as it often does in summer. Back home 30 mins later and 10 kms west and its clear again. Riding through the fog my visor was wet and had to be lifted to see at times.
Mt Beauty. One of my most favourite places in Australia. Regret not buying a house there which I nearly did 20 years ago. If I didn't get married then, I would be living there now.

On the way to Braidwood from Captains Flat, a while back. He had a fair sized area dug up under a wooden bridge.
