I like it. I had stopped visiting ADV as the site just had so much to look at, I did not know where to start. Simple minds and all....
Anyway, I like the newsletter. I especially interesting in seeing how the cooking thread will mature. I will definitely be watching for this email.

Yesterday's newsletter was redirected into my spam folder by the bayesian filter. Not the first time that's happened.

The newsletter before that was on Sunday. Three days apart is too effing much.

    FAIL. Unsubscribed.

Thanks for the feedback, just FYI the newsletters are different. One is the homepage content and the other is the forum content. Feedback early on was that not everyone who wants forum content in their inbox also wanted the homepage type content so we kept them separate.

From the way you guys bang-on in the newsletter about the Tenere not arriving until 2020, you'd think you had no readers or members outside of the USA.

Get with the Global 'vibe' will ya? Some of us are getting the Tenere in 2019. :bubba

    Whats this bullshit?
    Browser hijacking ads, really?

So much for small and unobtrusive.

I too had a pop-up like that on my iPhone yesterday.

I expect drive-by crap like that when surfing for warez and pr0n :D, not when surfing ADVrider.com. This is not acceptable.

We found the offender (or at least one of them). Can you confirm if you can that it hasn’t happened again today? Sorry guys growing pains this week.

Trying to unsub the mailing, and it's gets bounced back by Gmail as undeliverable.

Can't find where to turn it off in my account settings here either.

On another note: I don't mind the ads so much, nothing's for free, I get that. By the carpet bombing of ads is really jarring. Felt like I was back on the GM forums. I think you're going to chase many away at this level, might want to temper this a bit, especially from the start.

I’m getting pop ups all over the place on mobile. Site is basically unusable.

This is not inspiring confidence, glad ADV has basically no personal data beyond my email.

    Your imagination.

Did not honor people's request to not be contacted by e-mail. Why would I trust them with a street address.

On a similar note, I understand adds being needed to pay for the site, but do they have to be whatever random spammy bullshit whatever add server you are using is pushing? Seems like some well chosen moto related adds would be a much smarter move and not leave the site covered in clickbait and adds for sketchy browser add ons

One "ad", two or more "ads".

    "Add" or subtract.
